I'm planning a Caribou hunt somewhere up north. I posted a more detailed explanation of what I'm looking for in the Canada, Mexico, and beyond category on this board. If anyone can assist me in the planning go check out my other post and give me any input you can think of! Thanks, Chris.

Do you have any outfitters in mind yet? I have some friends who hunt Canada every year, and their success rates are very high. They usually get two per person, and almost always get at least one. This past year, they killed 11 bulls the first hour they were in camp (15 hunters). If you'd like, I'll call the booking agent this weekend, and see if I can get the name and number of the outfitter for you.

I've done drop camps in Alaska. Let me know if you'd like any details from planning, equipment......

I'm in the process of looking at outfitters so if you know of a good one let me know so I can look at what they have to offer. It seems like all the ones I've looked at claim to have 95% - 100% success rate. I would rather go with a refferal if I can.

Chris,

Just got back form Quebec hunting the Leaf River herd w/ www.tuttulik.com outfitters. That was my third trip for 'bou and by far the BEST all around, guides 4x1, fishing, accomodations, and I saw over 750 bulls!!, only 2 cows.
