Hornady shows reloadind data for 150 and 165 grain bullets. The powder charges are: IMR3031, IMR4064, IMR4895, IMR4320 and IMR4350. There is a warning about reloading for the Schmidt-Rubin:
..."Because the case head is not fully supported in Schmidt-Rubin rifles, overloads can be extremely dangerous. A ruptured case or blown primer can send hot gas back through the action to wreck both rifle and shooter. Approach maximum listed loads with extra caution."...
I have loaded 150 and 165 grain bullets using IMR4895 and the data is:
Min. Max.
150 gr. 36.3gr. 38.4gr. 40.5gr. 43.1gr. 44.6gr. 48.7gr
2,300 2,400 2,500 2,600 2,700 2,800
165 gr. 34.5gr. 36.7gr. 38.9gr. 41.1gr. 43.3gr. 45.5gr.
2,200 2,300 2,400 2,500 2,600 2,700
Hope this helps. All the best...

My Swiss K-31 likes 45 grains of IMR 4064 with 150 grain Hornady SPs or SSTs. I was able to get .5 inch groups with a no drill and tap scope mount and an inexpensive NC Star 2x7 scout scope. The K-31 is a short throated chamber and I use an OAL of 2.875". Those Swiss K-31 rifles are amazingly accurate.
