Help on a Flintlock

Guys I have a question about a Flintlock. It is a Lyman Great Plains Rifle. Am considering buying one that a fellow has for sale. He wants 200 bucks. Just wondering if that is a fair price and also wondering if that is a good rifle?? Pro's and con's?? Never owned a flinter before but have a yen to get one. Help
