This is an M39 Finnish Mosin Nagant, 7.62x54R (308/30-06 class cartridge), 27" barrel. Condition is excellent, possibly unissued.
The Finns built their rifles on Russian actions, but put good, floated barrels on them, and gave them trigger jobs. They are well known for accuracy.
I bought two of these, intending to keep the one that shot better. The first one shot so well (2" five-shot groups at 100, with iron sights) that I never got around to even test firing this one. As far as I know, it has never been fired since rearsenal.
$170, plus actual UPS to your FFL, or pick up in Layton Utah, if you're local.
Might consider a trade, if you have something that I don't, that's in excellent condition, and interesting.
