I just bought this Mathew's Legacy off a guy from Michigan. It's in really good condition. 29.5 draw lengh, 70lbs 70% letoff and it fits me perfect. I still need to put a rest on it and buy a quiver for it.
Anyways, this is what she looks like.

Dump the "Training Wheels and get a "Black Widow".
( That's a custom recurve for the uninformed ).
Stick and a string gets it done most every time.
43 Deer, 4 Elk and 3 Pronghorn in 26 yrs. Nuf-said!!!

Sweet looking bow VS! That ought to do the job just fine!;) :D And you'll hopefully get many fine returns on that investment in the form of venison dinners.

Good grief...Looks like a Medievel contraption to inflict pain and torture. .. If the indians had onea them we probably wouldn't be here!!:D I agree with Yote

Yote- how much do those custom recurves cost? I've always liked the looks of recurves but I can't see myself hunting with one unless it's bow fishing. I don't think I could shoot an arrow accurate enough. Would take a lot of time and practice.

I'm happy with it so far, still haven't shot it yet. I know it's 10x quieter then the bow I had before this. You pull the string back maybe a 1/2" and let it go with the Mathews and nothing rattles or hardly vibrates. My old ProLine you pull back a 1/2" and it's louder then hell. I converted the old bow to my bow fishing bow. Thanks for all the commets, I appreciate it;)

V.S. , A good custom Recurve will cost as much as a top end
wheel bow ($300-$500). As far as accuracy goes, instinctive
shooting is a whole different ballgame. It's like throwing a
ball to someone. You don't even think about it. You just do
it. Do you think that football QB's or baseball players think about
how far it is to the target? There is'nt time, they just throw.
Get a hold of some of the books by G.Fred Asbell ( Instinctive
Shooting) . They are some of the best. Once you shed the
"training wheels" you will never go back!!!!
