One Piece scope mounts?

Who makes a nice heavy and solid scope mount that is a one piece and will attache securly to a Browning A-Bolt long action?

To be more precise, I dont mean the bases, I mean the rings, I want a one peice ring. I dont recall if the ring is a combo, and will directly mount to the action, or if I will in fact need a base as well. Ideally I want a one peice ring.

I looked but I could only come up with one peice base and you had to buy the rings seperate for the base and Leupold have what you are looking for! B Square was well.
