Finaly made it to Gainesville

I actualy made it here on the 3rd.

Im going crazy waiting for my stuff to arive. It seems that every mudpuddle has fish in it! I also miss my firearms also, I can practice all year long, pluse there is NO wind eather.
The ETA for my stuff to arive was today, but the driver went back to PA to get another load:( , the dispatcher is supose to call me later with the real arivle date.
Im posting from the libarary so my minutes will end soon, just checking in.

P.S. My G.F.s Bday is this upcoming week. Does anyone know of a good place to stay in Datona?

I use Hotwire.com a lot to find good places to stay. You get to pick a price in a given area, with all the amenities displayed. You pay in advance and then they reveal the name of the place.

Your fee is non-refundable, but in return you get very nice rooms at about half price. I've stayed in Candlewood suites (full kitchen and LOTS of goodies free) for $35 a night, as an example. That was in Phoenix, where even a dumpy Motel 6 is $50 a night!
