i have 5000 + acres of IP Timber land to hunt in Polk County. Located just 20 miles north of Livingston Texas on Hwy 59.

it's $550 a gun with year around gated access. you get a Key.
Plenty of Hogs for trapping or Stand Hunting. Deer Hunting, Varmint's and year around Camping.

we get permits for our does, so you can take them, during the whole gun season.

you get to put up Three Deer/Hog Stands, and you can bait them year around. if you leave corn with me, ill keep your feeders FULL for you. i live here on the lease, and watch it Daily.

well this is not my land, But we dont make a profit. we have to pay our 550 also.
