Pint Jars only : 2tsp vinegar + 3tsp ketchup + 1tsp pickling salt
Drain fish well (dry), Pack tighly in jars
Water Cooker: bring to full boil 2hr and 40min
Pressure Cooker: 1hr and 20min at 10lbs

This is great for Northen pike.
