I was watching the Outdoor Channel tonight and happened to tune into the Shooting Gallery show because it was about clay shooting. Seems as though 150 Congressmen got together for a Republicans v. Democrats clay shooting tournament. What was remarkable was that they were shooting at the club I usually shoot at, Prince Georges County Trap & Skeet. I was looking at targets on the sporting clays course that I have seen many times and I was looking at trees that were familiar.

After the Shooting Gallery show, Guns & Ammo TV had a tour of the Beretta factory in Accokeek, Maryland and I have actually been to that factory. It is amazing to see these places on TV after having been to them. Kind of the opposite of seeing the Coliseum on TV and then seeing it in person.

Just thought it was kind of neat.

Those are good shows. I just wish they didn't re-run Guns and Ammo so much. RFD TV use to have Guns and Ammo shows also. I think between the two channels I've watched the Barretta factory tour probably half dozen times (it was taped in 2003 I think the show description said). But then if they didn't re-run them others would miss them, so maybe it is a good idea after all. It must have been neat seeing them show places you've shot at and been to.
Tonight American Rifleman should be on and it's a good show also.

I watched the Outdoor Channel again this morning. They re-run the show that was on Friday evening again Sunday morning. Anyway, I missed the Barretta tour, but watched the rest of the show. I had forgot about Bill Oglsby, their trick shooter, being on there. I got to see Bill live last year at Findlay, IL. Turns out he only lives a little over 100 miles from me.
I would like to see the Barretta factory sometime, glad you got to see it Fabsroman.
