Lapua brass is by far the best, but isn't a must! It is a easy caliber to load. There is a number of powders that work well, but I have the best groups with AA2230 with 52 grain custom target bullet if you are shooting target, if not there is a number of bullets available. With AA2230 you could around 22 grains and work up. Good Luck!
Lapua makes great brass, and so does Norma- but both are expensive.
Of the 'popular price' brass, I much prefer Winchester.

I always try Winchester brass first, and only go to another brand if I have to.
In the "have to" list are reasons such as:
Winchester doesn't make it.
Winchester only makes it every x years.
I can't find it in Winchester.
Somebody gives me 500 pieces of some other brand.
I have yet to actually "need" the much higher quality of Lapua or Norma brass. Unless you are willing to do the time-consuming and work-intensive steps to prepare cases to benchrest standards (AND unless your gun is capable of requiring it!), then match-grade brass is a waste of money. Standard guns and standard shooters get along fine with standard brass.
