Al Queda strikes again. I feel for them.

I know this is pretty quick, but Im waiting to hear the worlds response. Either we will be backed more in our fight, (not), or we will be blamed for stirring them up and not taking the twin towers in stride.

Either way, we lose.

I do feel sorry for the Brits.

Andy that was my first thoughts this am when I heard about the bombings....I know its terrible...but I thought to myslf lets see how many protesters their are in Scotland today versus yesterday....I know thats horrible man...but I have to be honest...I edited this last sentence...three of those Navy kids were black.....I apologise for that....

Gee. London just got the 2012 Olympics, and the next day, KABOOM! Is there a coincidence? After all, the Olympics brings in money and if you scare the tourists away, where's the money?

My sympathies to any victim of Al Queda. The fact that Al Queda would target England as an enemy leads me to believe that we should support their country after this attack. I can remember Tony Blair coming to the President's speach to the Nation after the 9/11 attacks and offering support.

Today England is a victim of Al Queda, and I believe that puts them on "our" side.

ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS I LEARNED IN THE MILITARY WAS YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO SORT OUT WHO YOU ARE GOING TO BE WORKING WITH. YOU LEARN TO WORK AS A TEAM AND THE PEOPLE YOU ARE ASSOCIATED WITH WILL EITHER MAKE YOU OR BREAK YOU. THERE IS NO TIME FOR PERSONAL PREFERENCES.

LIKE I HAVE SAID BEFORE, I WAS "LUCKY" TO HAVE BEEN RAISED IN A NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE THERE WAS A MIX OF EVERYBODY. WE KIDS MIXED AND EVERYBODY GOT ALONG. WE PLAYED TOGETHER, ATE AT EACH OTHERS HOUSES. Well excuse me but they've been in the mosques condemming this sensless act of attrocity and praying for the victims of the disaster. Obviously somone does not see the same news we see down here.:rolleyes:

The point AZZA, is that they train these killers in their mosques, indoctrinate their kids in the ways of killing, send them out, and then 'condem' the actions of their martyrs.
I see the news, and I don't see anything more than lip service and hand wringing from the muslim leaders. I do not see any actions by any Muslim countries other than Pakistan, Afganistan and Iraq, to stop the terrorists, or to stop training them. While muslim governments may say one thing, they allow the continuance of this terror, aiding and abetting the radicals.

Having lived in Germany for quite a while (an working my back now), we get a complete different set of news. Not different views really, just different priorities.

Where I work now we had a driver from 'Some African country' He didn't say his country because he thought I wouldn't know where it was. But when he said Brundi, I mouthed off where it was immediatly. But the British news (SKY & BBC) covered the Rawandi and Burundi cinflict, FOX news didn't.


And my take on terrorist................chicken $#!+ cowards, nothing more, but maybe a lot less

Possibly I just don't understand. There aren't so many muslims in N.America that we can't live without them. It's obvious this terrorist nonsense is not going to stop. Why not just send them all home? Let them solve their own problems, come into the modern age or revert to the crusades era. It's up to them. If we send them back, what are they going to do, withhold their oil. By jove, we can step in and cure that also in a heartbeat. To hell with being the worlds savior. Lets lookout for ourselves first. This idea of nice guys finishing last doesn't just apply to the baseball diamond, but the world stage as well. If we get them out and keep them out we no longer have to worry about bombings and hijackings. Restoring the deathg penalty wouldn't hurt either. I'd rather my enemies fear me than like me. Ya know the more I think about it...and the more I read and hear....I'll bet if we werent so dependent on foreign oil...and quit purchasing from them....found other resourses....their monies would dry up...and they would go back to being the camel jockies they were 100 years ago.....cut off the funds...cut off the dependency, cut off the fact they are so called strategically important.....etc....that might dry up a few of those cells....simplistic....but wouldnt you just love to see some of those guys who have castles trimmed in Gold....back to a tent?

Death penalty.......................this country has turned into a big sissy as far as that goes, heck you can't even spank your kid without gettin' the child services @ your door. It's not moral...........what's moral lettin' this country get more and more leanient? get busted for drugs and you could get life. kill someone and get out on good behavior in 10. It's crap. they need to stop w/ the appeals and execute the bonehead if he's been covicted, of course that's only in the states that has the death penalty. just my two cents.
