Well this has becomean "asked for dish" at our family.
It started out a few years ago with me cleaning the cabinets out, and just kinda threw soem stuff togeather.

1 can hominy
1 can sweet creamed corn
1 box (normal amount) mac&cheese
2 jalapeno peppers

i cook the hominy and corn togeather, make the mac and cheese, then mix them and then add in the pepers/spices and let it cook till done.

i normally put in a smidge of cilentro (spelling?), garlic pepper blend, someitmes some philly cream cheese.

I have used bacon, or lil smokies, it all works well, haven't had anythign that didnt work out good yet.

it is a little different from regular hominy, but it's good, cheap, fast and easy.
