Was looking at the Delaware huniting guide online and was looking at the approved Non-toxic shoot, and as I understand this is suppose to be the Federal list. I don't see Hevishot listed. Here is ithe list
The shot types that are approved as nontoxic for waterfowl hunting in the U.S. are the following.
