Where have you been looking? My brother found a like-new Remington 700 BDL in .35 Whelen from a local resident at a decent price. I would shop the local gun shops or run an ad in a local merchandiser newspaper. One might turn up. All the best...

they were made this year so you should be able to find a virgin or get the dealer to order you one.

alot of dealers are online inventory and know who they can get what from.
