bummer, sorry to hear that. put ads in the local paper and plan on doing a lot of driving around. also post a reward and notify all the vets in the area.
good luck on getting your friend back.

I am truly sorry that this happened to you, and can only hope that you and your dog are re-united in the near future.
As I have said before, some dogs are worth more than some people. Obviously, the person that took your dog is a dredge of society and should be shot on sight.
A couple of things to help prevent this, or help with the recovery of the dog, is the use of a tatoo or a micro chip on the dog to help identify it when it is taken to a vet or a shelter later on by the miscreant.

Sorry to here that. nobody wants to deal with that kind of thing.
My first question is; why was your dog in a kennel instead of your home???

Thanks guys. He's still missing. He was an older dog and set in his ways (i.e not housebroken). I keep my lab at the house and they didn't get along.Radar once started a fight and Buddy finished it.

Many years agoe I lost or should I say was stolen a pointer down in Nebraska. It was found a year later and the cop recognized it as mine.
The CHIP is ok but unless it hits a shelter that scans for it I don't think it is all its bragged up to be.
Thieves tend to shy away from visiable markings like the tattoo ears ect. I must add my dogs are chipped and dont thing I would do the other but there is no deterent from stealing.
