Beretta PX4

Does anybody know if the Beretta PX4 is available to the public yet? I have yet to see one in the stores, and have only found it for sale at a single place online and am not sure that the sale is for civilian use.

Should nto be a problem at all to get them, an remember it shares some parts/magazines with the CX4 carbine.

anyplace that can either firearm, can get the other as well.
