Run .30-30 cases through your .32 Win Special sizing die. Done.
The expander ball will expand the neck on the way in.

It'd probably work fine. Have your gunsmith see if there isn't a problem with the 32 Win being too long. It would be a feed limitation. The round will have to be short enough to slide down the curved upper surface of the bolt and still enter the chamber. If it's too long, it might jam while trying to "go around the corner".
Most Martini cadets are rechambered to .32-20 for that reason. It's shorter and narrower.

Rocky. Way back when, when 310 martinis were a dime a dozen, I gave $25 for one that had been rechambered to the .32 WS. Theere was no problem chambering the round, but the oddball bore of the .310 Martini gave very lousy accuracy. The darn thing was so light that it had a fairly nasty recoil as well. Mr. Bob Smith, my gunsmith at the time felt that due to the size of the cartridge, the walls of the chamber were dangerously thin for a round as powerful as the .32 WS. He removed the barrel to show me just how thin it was and so I sold him the action to make some kind of varminter.
Rechambering to 32-20 and using a proper sized cast bullet would be the way i would go. I've even seen some either rebored or rebarreled to .357 Mag., and sweet rifles they were. I'm still kicking myself for not buying the last one I saw at a gun show. Maybe next time.

Ahh. I knew there had to be more than one reason why so many were re-chambered to .32-20. The thin chamber wall does make sense now that you mention it.
Light cast bullet loads might be fine in it if chambered to .32 WS. I'd be worried that somebody, someday might try a factory load in it. That in mind, perhaps the .32-20 might be the best option. It's a great round, anyway.
