rabbit licenses

Do other provinces other than Ontario require municipal licenses to hunt rabbits.In southern Ontario we are required to carry a license to hunt rabbit and pheasant.The monies generated are to
cover administrative costs and also for the release of pheasants.
But most of the rabbit hunters do not hunt pheasant.I probably cover a hundred miles a season on foot rabbit hunting and I'm lucky if I see 2 pheasants in a season.Most of the province your only required to carry a small games license,like about 90% of the province.

IN BC it is one hunting licence for the province

In Manitoba you don't need any licence of any kind to hunt rabbits.

almost all of ontario you don't need a license for rabbit.but some municipalities in the southern part of the province we are required to carry a license on top of the small games license we are required to carry by provencial laws.I am fighting town council with petition and backgroud info. in a 2 page letter.
