Hello Everybody!, Just finished shooting 4 rounds of Five stand last night. My best score so far is 44 out of 50 and I am quite happy with that ! I have put 350 shells through The new Dehaan U1 Over / Under and so far no malfunctions or glitches , I am getting used to the gun a lot faster than I expected and it seems to be working well. We did have a Laporte trap fail on us about 3 weeks ago seems a Printed circuit card went south and I decided to get an extra one in case this happens again. It was under warranty but the parts took over three weeks to get. anybody else have Laporte Traps? Shoot Well! Roy :)

Great pics Roy, but I think I only saw a single smoked clay out of all of them. Plenty of orange looking wads flying through the air, and a lot of clays still intact, but that is what practice is for.
44 out of 50 would be plenty good for me too. I am going to have to try and get up there this summer to shoot with you guys. How far is the drive from Washington, D.C.?

Hi Fabs! Sorry the pics were not more graphic, The photographer was having a tough time getting the pic snapped at the same time the person shot so we got a lot of pictures of birds in motion but not birds breaking! Oh well the cameraman needs practice. LOL:D Fabs we are 40 miles east of Pittsburgh so you are probably looking at approximately 400 mile and a 4 hr drive. Get on mapquest and punch in our location 603 Sportsmens Drive ,Apollo PA 15613

Roy,
You aren't too far from Petey. We should think about having a "convention" at your 5 stand range. Threw Apollo, PA into Mapquest and it looks like a pretty easy drive. Not one I would want to make every day, but not too bad. Mapquest says 3 hours 20 minutes and 211 miles, and I can handle that since I was thinking it was going to be close to 5 hours.
