Exclusive photos just de-classified and released for public.
Fighter accident happened July 1942 on the Aircraft carrier USS Long Island.
Don't have all the details yet, but it looks like the landing gear failed :(
Fighter doesnt look too badly damaged though!
I just heard tho, that they were able to fix the Fighter, and it was later used in a couple of movies....don't know the titles.....
