Nice job Dom!

That there looks like some fine eating. It looks like you have got yourself a very nice butchering set-up there as well. Fair to assume that theres a pitched floor running to a floor drain with a water hose/sprayer nearby at the ready? The only thing missing in that bottom pic is the meat grinder, bone saw, and industrial freezer paper wrap!:D

Thanks Steverino, you assumed right about the drain and running water, hose, etc. Butchering utensils are there, just not visible.

The only BAD part about this setup is you first have to get the animal there, but once there, it beats hexx out of dressing in the swamps and woods.

P.S. There is an electric winch to hoist them up too!! And you slide the animal on overhead rails into the refrigerated cooler.
