Val, I've got to ask. How did it go ?

Here's my favorite brunch I feed to my buddy's after a morning hunt. Buttermilk pancakes with assorted fruit preserves from out of the orchard. Seasoned elk sausage, fresh picked eggs from the barn turned into some mean omelletes with too much in them to mention.

Bloody mary mix sounds good too, but a tequila sunrise goes well with this brunch.

Then an hour nap before we get back at whatever we were doing.

I'm going to try your killer bisquit recipe this fall when I make bisquits & gravy for the duck opener.
