What am I?

The Engineers at work are having a little game by bringing in items and having each guess what it it used for. Today this little item was brought in. After a quick inspection it appears as if it was some kind of shell reamer. Looking at the deminsions I'd say it was a brass shotshell resizer/reamer.

You tell me what it is!

I was gonna guess but Steverino got it before I could post. I know I saw one at DR's Howard, Howard and Fines office. It was on the table with the Annaconna Moterschney. grayghost
