I've learned that long time member (of your forum and many others) Cal Sibley has been in the hospital for three weeks. He is still in intensive care after catching a bad cold followed by a stroke.

I do not know any type of information regarding recovery.

I thought I would pass this on to you guys.

He has always come across as a gentleman on this forum. This quality, and civility in general, seem to be more scarce everywhere with the passage of time. I wish him well.

I don't have an update yet as the guy on my forum who called his wife wants to wait a few days as to not pester her.

I will let you know how he is.

I knew Cal from Relaoders Nest and the Accurate Reloading forums. I never heard him utter an ill word to anyone. A frist class gentleman and a class act. and very knowledgeable about firearms.

Cal, when I go hunting Wednesday the day will be dedicated to you my friend.

And yes the tears are real.

I never had the privilege of shaking Cal's hand, but I considered him a friend.
A fine gentleman with a wonderful sense of humor, he will be missed.

Cal and I used to PM and e-mail quite a bit, especially when I was in Oklahoma and Texas, we kinda lost touch when I came back to Germany.

Hell of a man, and a stand up guy, I will truly miss him:(
