I am being stonewalled by knight concerning my MK93 muzzleloader. Here is a copy of my last email to them. Has anyone else had the same problem with an MK93 knight muzzleloader???? The factory nipple threads do not reach the threads in the breach plug...scary huh?
I started emailing a month ago. In my first email to you, I stated my MK93 muzzleloader came with a nipple that did not engage the threads of the breach plug (as diagnosed by my gun dealer BJ Guns of Williston Vt.)I got no reply from you. My second email contained the same complaint. In both of these emails I asked you to cover the cost of converting to the bigger primers, which replaced the faulty parts. I paid about $50.00 to fix your problem. Well, again I got no email reply. You sent me a catalogue instead. Now our hunting season is a day away. I had ordered a couple extra capping tools, for the new style primers, a month ago. You never filled the order with my gun dealer. Now I am faced with hunting this season with no spare capper tools. I don't understand why a 3 inch plastic tool is not available. I am forced to conclude you don't care about your customers. I am forced to conclude that you are not ackowledging the improper nipple, that was sold to me when i originally bought the gun. It is a life threatening factory failure. You refusal to reply to my emails is in conflict with the promise to reply at the top of this page. I get to go hunting for a week. When I get back, after my vacation, I expect some sort of reply. It almost doesn't matter because I intend to turn you in to the consumer protection people, after I have had the faulty parts documented by an engineering company. At this point I am so upset at your company that it would take a very apologetic response from you to calm my frustration. Since you don't ever reply anyways, I don't expect much.
