? about hunting leases

Anybody ever lease hunting ground? What's the in's and out's? I'm considering it for next year. Saw more hunters than deer this year and that seems to be a continuing trend. Thanks.

Classic, I sure hope you aren't thinking of that here in Pa...is all we need someone to spark that train of thought....then even you won't be able to afford a lease and end up wining about no place to hunt....hope you were talking about another state.....it is bad enough to find a place in the eastern part of the state to hunt now without paying big bucks to join some hunt club....naaaa..
