AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!......take a deep breath..........AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHH!

The "OPTIONS" for the US Forces are confusing at best, all (and I mean all) the workers in the CPOC (personel) are German, and don't understand (or care if you ask me) and can't explain the policies. All I get is, "Et iz all on lein, look et oop"

I am on my um-teenth web page, "Looking et oop" and printing definitions (I have 7 pages now) and still don't get it...so please excuise me..........

Ahem.............."AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jon

I don't envy you at all. reading and trying to cope with and understand CFR's and most military rules requires a Philadelphia Lawyer.

When regs are written they have to cover so many bases and situations it's pathetic. It is extremely difficult to wade through the male bovine manure to get to the facts.

They can't say what they mean in one sentence, they use two paragraphs.

It makes your head spin. Stick with it, you'll get to the bottom of things eventually.

Good luck and best wishes, Bill

My wife and I spent a week trying to decipher Target's new health insurance plan options, and I am an attorney. Afterwards, trying to figure out how the flexible spending account and health insurance deductibles worked was still a challenge.

I went to lunch this past week with another attorney, and he said his health insurance plan takes an entire firm of attorneys to make sense of it because he got a headache when he sat down to read it.

Utterly insane I tell you. Good luck to you Jon.

The real killer is the time. I have mere days to decipher from an option of about 15 private companys that offer plans to government civilians and the like. And I have only went through two, but still don't know what I read.

All I see is Blah blah blah, $200 not including BIG BLAH followed by (blah not inlcuded in technical-blah) so I guess I'll just go blah-myself, and hope I don't BIG-BLAH my self when the time comes:(
