My carry gun is a bulg mark and most the stuff i have shot is hard ball russian stuff i have ben looking for something a little better to put threw the gun when carrying.
I found some hornady xtps that i bought today and was wondering if anyone has yoused them or did any testing with them?

I used to use those 95 grain Hornady cartridges when I owned a Makarov. They fed well, and performed well in impromptut tests.

I don't think much of that caliber though, or a .380 ACP either. Just not enough gun if you are serious about self defense. Just my opinion, of course, others may feel differently.

Hello Wrench...

Hornaqdy XTP functions well and performs well in the 9X18 Mak. I carry it in my Radom P-64. I also like "power ball" in the 9x18 Mak.

I enjoy the 9X18 in CQB distances its is on par with the .38 snubby,

Peace
