You will like the buckmark. Everyone needs a nice 22 pistol.

Welcome yotechaser, pull up a stump and sit a spell. Drag out a cool brew and join in.

I have had a Buckmark Target gun for a few years. I run Federal Classic HV through the gun for match shooting. I like the 1911 feel of the original Buckmark. By the by, if you want some real fun, stick a red dot on it and it becomes a magical plinker.

I've had 3 Buckmarks in the last 15 years (gave two of them to my sons). They are the less sensitive to ammunition than any other .22 semi-auto I have ever used. No feeding problems and reasonably accurate with everything. The one I kept for myself really likes Winchest .22 Wildcat (ammo is cheap too).

Great 22 pistol, my only complaint has ever been if you try to cock them with wet hands. IE I would like to see ears on the slide, not just notches but that is just me.

All in all one of the finest 22 auto pistols made.
