I use my PC to listen to American raido, being too far from the nearest 0.0005 watt AFN brodcast tower, and German radio being dismal at best, I realize I spend 60% of my time listening to KZPS in Dallas, BOB FM Oklahoma City, and NPR for Car Talk. When I aint on a music site for the stream, I am on pages like CDZ-Inc listening to old music.

And when the wife and kids hide the remote to watch silly crapola (like that ugly Hilton girl) or the true history of Roman pasta, I watch my DVD's on the PC..........................with the exception of Hunt Chat and to do my credit card check, I don't use my PC as much as I convinced my wife I needed it for......................"For all the important documents copied on my hard drive! I must have this system as a MINIMUM!" (but I have a great sound and graphics card!)

Oh ya..I work on the road as a driver.....my laptop goes everywhere with me....

Every time I make a stop overnight I check to see if I can get a wireless signal so I can get hooked up to the net.

Its also great for watching movies!

I have quite a bit of music on it as well, but since I have a sattelite radio system I dont use it much for the music....

First off, Gaven1030, you have the best avatar. That little guy brought a smile to my face.

That said, my laptop is hands down my most used possession. I use it for everything from browsing the web to watching DVDs/CDs to recording music with my band. I'd be lost without it.
