Aint' this something. A state trooper is driving the gov and they crash. Oopps, gov ain't wearing his seatbelt like he orders you and me to do and eats the dash in the process. Lots and lots of top notch medical care that you and I can't get, but have to pay for, even though he was breaking the law. And on top of all of that they were doing 91 in a 55mph zone. Guess the gov's time is more valuable than yours and mine. If I got caught doing that I wouldn't have a car to worry about because the state would take it. Not that that is really an issue here, 'cause the gov's car ain't worth taking being all smashed up like that. I suppose they could recycle it and make "Wear your seatbelt, it's OUR law" signs.

You know darn well ain't nothing going to happen to either the driver or the gov. The trooper may get suspended, with pay. Big whoop, a nice little vacation. Wish I got that when I fouled up at work in a big way.

I guess what really gets me is that we all know the cops, judges and politicians are above the law and act accordingly, but do they have to be so darn blatant about it?
