Water Water everywhere.
Anyone got any tips to fishing when the rivers up and staying that way?

Wing dams, Tailwaters of dams, Always worked for me well. Catfish and walleyes.

Fishing for all types can be spectacular in those conditions.

Current breaks, such as listed above, plus feeder creeks, especially the mouths, this time of year. I know here, the Osage River has been roaring with flood gates open on Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks for weeks. The fish spawned way back in creeks where they normally cant get. They bunched up in the mouths of the creeks for a while afterwards and now are scattered along the main channel in any current breaks they can find.

Sometimes it doesnt take much. You may not even be able to see it. Look at the water. If there is a swirl, something is causing, maybe a rock or log under the water. Sometimes subtle little breaks like that can yield big time.
