Does anyone have one or been with somebody that has one to follow a blood trail? Cabelas has a video on it, looks pretty impressive, just looking for some 'real' feedback if you've been around one, does it work and if so, how good? Waidmannsheil, Dom.

Finding a blood trail in the dark used to be a difficult, if not impossible, situation for hunters. Sometimes finding this trail quickly is the difference in recovering or losing an animal. The experts at Primos were determined to overcome this hunting dilemma by creating a rechargeable spotlight capable of illuminating blood in the dark. The Bloodhunter™ is the result. Its patent-pending lens and special filter diffuses red light over green to create the ideal blood-visibility zone. Blood is illuminated where the red and green lights are filtered together. This yellow light output optimizes the reflective properties of blood to the human eye, making it stand out against most backdrops at night. Point the spotlight in the direction of suspected blood and sweep the light from side to side to find blood trails. Adding to its overall versatility, the Bloodhunter also has two other lighting modes to convert it into a nightvision spotlight that won't spook game. Use the red light when you need a small area light, such as when you're looking at a map. The green light is ideal for longer-range visibility when walking. The bright light output from the spotlight is generated by two Luxeon™ 3-watt LEDs with lifespans of up to 10,000 hours. In the two-LED Bloodhunter light mode, it has a run time of 1-1/2 hours on a single charge. Using the red or green light alone allows for a run time of up to 3 hours. The spotlight unit is water-resistant with a rubber plug on the charging port to seal out moisture. Includes 12-volt and 110-volt chargers with LED power indicators.
Body Size: 6" tall.
Lens Size: 3-1/2"W x 2-1/8"T.
