I just love problems like this...

I have a new pistol, a Ruger 41 Magnum Blackhawk. I have to order dies, and brass and now the rub,,,,I need to order some cast bullets and some hunting bullets.
What do ya'll recommend for all around bullets for practice and a good bullet for all around hunting and even protection.

I see that the 200 grainers look good.

That's easy. A good 215 cast SWC will do it all. You can get them from several commercial sources. I like Leadheads in Kansas, but there are others and you may even find them locally (saving shipping).

Don't forget to try some 41 Special loads, too. Just shorten the brass to 1.16" and read my piece on it for loads. You might also have to shorten the seating die so it will crimp the shorter brass, but that's a five-minute lathe job for any beginner machinist.

I gotta agree with Rocky; a good 215 cast SWC will do it all. I cast my own from wheel weights with a dash of tin and I drop the double cavity mould projectiles into a bucket of cold water. My Ruger .41 Magnum Blackhawk is my favorite farm carry gun on the tractor or while fixing fence. My .41 has only been fed my cast SWCs and a hefty dose of 2400.

Work up to your accuracy load and then quit adding powder. My accuracy load is below Max, but great in my .41.

Critch, My first to grab is a S&W .41 Mag. when I am going out to have fun. My favorite playing load is a 215 grain cast bullet in R-P brass, CCI 300 primer, and 8.0 grains of SR7625. An old shotgun powder by IMR that gives 1070 (very uniform and accurate) and no leading in my revolver. For mastadon hunting I use WW brass, Win primers, 22.5 grains of H110 with a Hornady 210 grain @ 1375 fps. or WW brass, Win primers, 17 grains of 2400 with a Speer JSP 220 grain. very accurate @ 1218 fps. I love my 41.
IMR SR7625 is a little more bulky and I like to fill as much of a big case if possible. It has shown to be a very predictable powder in the .41 Mag, 44 Mag and 45 Colt with cast bullets, all running about 1050 fps and no leading in my revolvers. Don't try to achieve 1050 in a Colt revolver in 45 Colt. Use either S&W or Ruger SA.
