anyone know if i mark the bottom of my cases with a marker if that would cause any problems. I need to be able to tell the difference because i have two rifles in the same caliber.
PS i tried using different primmers but my groups changed.

Absolutely no problems.. I do it all the time to separate loads. Probably a good idea on your part too.

Red sharpie on my 260s for my M700 and Black for the M84 Kimber. I`ve 2 rifles chambered for the `06 I do the same with, and had 3, 708s at one time.
It`s helpful as h#$$ well when you`re as dense as I am at times.

Yuppers. Color the whole base if you have to separate brass, or just the primers if you can switch cases, but need to have different loads.
BTW, if you degrease and dip just the rim area of cases into most cold-blue liquids, the brass will turn a permanent black.
One thing to note about marking cases with a marking pen (I use a Sharpie also): tumbling the case will take the marking off.
Haven't marked cases with cold blue, so I don't know if that comes off, too.
