hi Does anyone have any experience using a 140gr Barnes tipped tsx bullet in 7mm/08 using H4350?. I'm thinking somewhere around 45 to 46 grians should be about max.

I don't have my manual nearby, but they'll answer your phone call and help you out.

John Barsness recommends anywhere between 47-50 gr of H4350 as a MAX load.
You cannot beat 47.0 to 50.0 grains of H-4350 and any bullet around 140 grains in Remington’s little update of the classic 7x57mm Mauser. Some bullets are longer and grabbier so will only take the lighter charge, but Hornady’s 139 grainer will take 50.0 grains. Muzzle velocity ranges between 2,800 and 2,900 fps in 22- inch barrels.

the tipped triple shock isnt in the new barnse book.
load data for the mrx tsx and bnd spit 140gr bullets shows h380 as the most acurate powder. min charge is 43 max is 46.5.
barnse didnt list any of the 4350s in the data from 120-175gr bullets.
