Here are the pics from my hunt I just got back from in Nebraska. It was a great hunt. We saw tons of deer and had great weather. Even though about 90 percent of the corn was unpicked, we still saw a lot of deer. The guys hunting Muzzleloader this year will have an excellent opportunity to take a monster. Believe me, thare are lots of big ones left. My deer is the smaller 6X7 and was 23 1/2 inches outside spread and scored about 140 non typical. My buddies deer, the bigger one, was a 6X7 as well and was 26 3/4 inches wide. I do not know what it will score, but I am guessing around 170 or maybe higher judging in comparison to mine a couple years ago. These were both taken in S/W Nebraska in the Frenchman and Republican areas. We saw serveral other much bigger deer, but had already filled our tags:mad: That's ok. I will get them next year. Overall a great hunt. My deer was shot from 300 yards with my 300 RUM pushing 180grn Barnes TTSX custom loaded by CorBon Ammo. A big thanks goes out to them for the work they did to my rifle and the great ammo they produced. Another to Barnes for making the deadliest most accurate bullet I have ever used.
