we have just served this upon The United States Atty and a much larger one upon the supreme court, Justice Scalia and Roberts have both agreed to take the case.. it is in pre conference hearings now...it was served upon the justices in ohio after publically exposing criminal activity in the supreme court to them after we proved that their supreme court clerk had committed felonies by falsifying the Supreme Court Docket to Exclude the Case when it was originally filed in January of this year, the court clerk, Bickels, is now under Justice dept Investigation for RICO CORRUPTION and Subverting the Supreme Court Judicial process criminally. here is the filing for the us atty, i cant post the sup court one here as its 203 pages...

A California attorney lobbying the U.S. Supreme Court for a review of Barack Obama's qualifications to be president confronted the chief justice yesterday with legal briefs and a WND petition bearing names of over 325,000 people asking the court to rule on whether or not the sitting president fulfills the Constitution's "natural-born citizen" clause.

According to Orly Taitz, the attorney who confronted Chief Justice John Roberts at a lecture at the University of Idaho, the judge promised before the gathered crowd that he would, indeed, read and review the briefs and petition.

"I addressed him in front of 800 people in the audience," Taitz, "including university officials, the president of the Idaho State Bar and the chief justice of the Supreme Court of Idaho, and in front of all them, [Roberts] promised to read my papers."

Roberts was lecturing on Abraham Lincoln to approximately 1,200 attendees of the annual Bellwood Memorial Lecture Series at the Moscow, Idaho, university. Roberts has been chief justice of the Supreme Court since his nomination by President George W. Bush and subsequent confirmation in 2005.

Earlier in the week, Taitz confronted Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who told her the issue of Obama's eligibility, which has been raised before the Supreme Court at least four times but has yet to be given a single hearing, still lacked the votes of the required four justices in conference before it would be officially heard.

Taitz said, "I told Scalia that I was an attorney that filed Lightfoot v. Bowen that Chief Justice Roberts distributed for conference on Jan. 23 and now I represent nine state reps and 120 military officers, many of them high ranked, and I want to know if they will hear Quo Warranto and if they would hear it on original jurisdiction, if I bring Hawaii as an additional defendant to unseal the records and ascertain Obama's legitimacy for presidency."

The legal phrase Quo Warranto essentially means an explanation is being demanded for what authority Obama is using to act as president. An online constitutional resource says Quo Warranto "affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents."

"Tell me what to do, what can I do?" Taitz reports asking Scalia. "Those soldiers [her plaintiffs] can be court-martialed for asking a legitimate question, who is the president, is he legitimate?"

She says Scalia responded, "Bring the case, I'll hear it"

Taitz is submitting a motion to the Supreme Court for re-hearing of Lightfoot v. Bowen, a case she is working on through her foundation Defend Our Freedoms, alleging some of her documentation may have been withheld from the justices by a court clerk.

She asserts docketing information about her case "was erased from the docket of the Supreme Court on January 21st, one day after the inauguration and two days before [the case was to be heard]."

At the lecture in Idaho, Taitz grabbed the attention of Justice Roberts by boldly addressing her allegation that a clerk had buried the case.



"I said, 'Justice Roberts, my name is Orly Taitz. I'm an attorney from California, and I got up at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, flew and drove thousands of miles just to ask you a question. So please give me some leeway,'" Taitz told WND. "My question is, do you know there is illegal activity going on in the Supreme Court of the United States?"

According to Taitz, the room was stunned silent as she continued, "I have presented my case to you, and you personally agreed to hear this case in conference. But your clerk refused to forward a supplemental brief to you. He has hidden this brief from you. He refused to put it on the docket. Additionally, my case was erased from the docket one day after the Inauguration, two days before my case was to be heard.

"Outraged citizens and members of the media and state representatives are calling the Supreme Court, demanding to have the case reentered on the docket," Taitz told Roberts.

Then she held up the petition and continued, "Moreover, here are the names of U.S. citizens who signed this petition and who sent individual letters to individual justices, including you, Justice Roberts, all of them demanding the same thing ***8211; that you hear my case in regards to Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility for presidency."

According to Taitz, Roberts approached the microphone and said, "I see you have papers. I promise you I will read all your papers, I will review them. Please give them to my Secret Service and I will review all of them."

Shortly thereafter, a Secret Service agent identified by his badge as Gilbert Shaw accepted two suitcases of documents and pledged to deliver them to Roberts.

Taitz reports the documents included four major sections:
A motion for reconsideration of Lightfoot v. Bowen with all its supplemental briefs.

The Quo Warranto Easterling et al v. Obama et al case.

LDO, you missed my point. I applaud what you and many others are trying to do, and even signed the petition months ago. I hope somehow this case is heard. After all, if Obama is legit, all he has to do is show his birth certificate.
My point I was refering to is the growing group of entitlements. The government, especially Democrats, continue to get more people dependent on the federal gov. These people contribute little to nothing back to society, pay no taxes, but only drain from the working class. The problem is, this group of people. You sure as hell aren't going to get them upset and ready to throw out our current representation. They are being paid to keep the status quo going. Sad, sad state of our country. Good point Skeet. That's how this guy got in the White House to begin with. The younger generation today only cares about themselves, and Obama played into that by saying "we're going to give you this, and give you that, and make the middle class pay for it". Thus, the young people (and there were probably some older folks as well) voted him in. I see it everyday where I work (in Boston), people have no consideration for other people....it's a "what are you going to do for me" attitude. They care nothing for preserving this country and it's heritage. Their attitude is: "if I don't get what I want, then I'll move on" (even to another country, if need be).

Now...I know I am probably generalizing here about young people. I am sure there are a good number who actually want to preserve this nation's heritage. However, the masses have spoken (thus, Obammy in the House), and it will take a good amount of effort on our part to change their way of thinking (i.e. clue them in on some common sense).

(United States of America) ***8211; May 9th 2009 - At 2 P.M, ET American Grand Jury convened a final hearing to vote on criminal charges against Barack Obama.

The following criminal allegations and complaints were voted upon:

COUNT ONE:

That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1.

Said Article II, Section 1 states:

***8220;No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.***8221;

Wherefore, Obama is not a ***8220;natural born Citizen***8221; for the following reasons:
1) Obama was NOT born of mother and father who were BOTH US Citizens.
2) Obama was a British citizen ***8216;at birth.***8217;

COUNT TWO:

The charge of ***8220;Treason***8221; against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.

Said complaint was formally brought by a Military Officer (retired) of the United States of America. All United States Military Officers are sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States and such complaint is valid, explicit and proper; when an Officer is aware of such malfeasance of Treason by an offender it is that Officer***8217;s SWORN duty to come forward and present such accusation and complaint;

The Military Officer who filed the complaint is Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick, III, retired, United States Navy and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy;

Lt. Commander Fitzpatrick on March 17, 2009 did hereby make such criminal accusation and complaint against Obama and presented said complaint before the U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee;

An original photocopy of said complaint was submitted to the Grand Jury as evidence for immediate investigation;

Said original photocopy of the complete criminal complaint is attached as Exhibit ***8220;A***8221; hereto and made a part hereof;

Lt. Commander Fitzpatrick was sworn under oath before the Grand Jury to testify as to the true nature and details regarding said criminal complaint filed against Obama;

By the by, our kids are not so bad. Yes, there are the little ill-mannered, uneducated, dumb butts that wander around without a clue. Forget about them, they are lost. The world needs lifeguards and ditch diggers. However there are a lot of parents that did not buy into Dr Spock and raised kids with discipline and respect. just a quick note to let you know that all teachers
don't jump to the nea, dept. of education, or even
my texas state boe instructions. (yes, i am a teacher;
i type much faster without capitals, so please don't
think i'm an idiot).

there are many of us that are just as conservative as
anyone on here. many of us shoot; i don't know any
who reload, but i do and many local people here do.

i live in west texas; kids here are pretty conservative.
there is no shortage of apathy, or stupidity for that
matter, but we're doing all we can.

i know there are portions of the country that are
probably the exact opposite of this; and they
probably have more votes.

just a quick note - sometimes i am surprised to read
on gun sites some well intentioned conservative
member pushing to get rid of the electoral college.

if you live in a more rural, conservative area, our
only chance in national politics these days IS the
electoral college. the guys who wrote the constitution
were very concerned about smaller population states
having no say in national politics.

perfect example - 2000 election.
bush won (going on memory here; may not be exact,
but is pretty close) 37 states; gore won 13.

yet, gore won the popular vote. without the electoral
college, new york city, chicago, etc... will rule national
politics, as they are primarily socialist.

Enclosed are follow-up documents to our prior communication.
If you recall, I currently represent 160 plaintiffs, who include members of the US military with ranks as high as Major General. Some of these plaintiffs are also current State Representatives in their respective state legislatures.
This packet includes the following documents:
Verified Quo Warranto Complaint, which was filed by these US military plaintiffs and served on Eric Holder, Attorney General of the United States, demanding that Quo Warranto proceedings be instituted to prove that Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama is eligible for the position of the US President.
Verified Quo Warranto Complaint served on US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Jeffrey Taylor, demanding commencement of Quo Warranto proceedings for Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama to prove his eligibility for the position of the US President.
Dossiers 1 – 6, forwarded to US Attorney General Eric Holder, FBI Director Robert Mueller, Director of the Secret Service Mark Sullivan, and Chief Justice John Roberts, as well as to all of the Supreme Court associate justices. The dossiers include the following items:

a. Statement of federal agent Steven Coffman, presenting evidence that Barack Hussein Obama’s Selective Service certificate was forged and backdated. This evidence shows that Obama’s Selective Service certificate was prepared in 2008 and backdated to appear as if it was prepared in 1980. Failure to fill out a timely certification for selective service makes one ineligible for work in the executive branch of the US government, which understandably includes the presidency as the top position in the government.
b. Statement of Sandra Ramsey Lines, a forensic document examiner, explaining why the Certification of Live Birth, which was posted by Barack Obama on the internet, cannot be considered to be a genuine document and the reasons for the need to review the original vault copy of this document.
c. Statement of Jorje Baro, licensed private investigator, showing evidence of forgery in the Certification of Live Birth, which was posted on the internet by Barack Hussein Obama.
d. Statement of Neil Sankey, a licensed private investigator, identifying 100 addresses, located all over the US, for Barack and Michelle Obama. Since most of these addresses are connected to different social security numbers, this may constitute evidence of identity theft, social security fraud, tax evasion fraud, campaign contributions fraud, charitable organizations fraud and other related crimes.
e. School registration records from Indonesia showing that Barack Obama was legally registered under the name of Barry Soetoro (last name of his stepfather).
f. Barack Obama’s Illinois state bar registration, which he had to fill out in order to be licensed as an attorney in Illinois. In this document, Mr. Obama swears under oath that he did not have and never had any other prior names. In light of the Indonesian school registration records, itemized in 3 (e) above, this bar registration is evidence that Mr. Obama committed perjury.
g. Database of 130 current job positions for Barack H Obama, Barry Obama and Michelle Obama, which may be evidence of campaign contributions fraud, where contributions over the allowable amounts were documented as job positions. This may account for $300 million in unexplained campaign contributions.
h. Evidence of a cyber space campaign of character assassination, harassment and intimidations against my client, active duty officer Scott Easterling, and myself, as well as other cyber crimes.
As of today’s date, there has been no response to the receipt of these documents from Mr. Mueller, Mr. Sullivan or Mr. Taylor. A verbal response from the Justice Department was received, indicating that these documents were forwarded to Solicitor General Elena Kagan. The Department of Justice also sent another response, indicating that these documents were sent to its criminal division.
Meanwhile hundreds of US military personnel have filed Article 138 grievances under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, seeking verification of Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility for the position of Commander-in-Chief. These grievances are based on the fact that Barack Obama has held a foreign citizenship status from birth, which makes him ineligible to comply with the Natural Born Citizen requirement in
Article II, Section 1 [5] of the US Constitution, regardless of the actual physical location of his birth. Although Mr. Obama has consistently refused to produce a long form copy of his birth certificate to prove his claims that he was born in Hawaii, that document is basically irrelevant. Mr. Obama is Constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of US President because his parents conveyed dual US/UK citizenship to him at birth. Any foreign citizenship automatically eradicates a “natural born” status. His father’s United Kingdom citizenship was automatically conferred on all of his father’s children, including Barack Hussein Obama, at the moment of birth. Mr. Obama has openly acknowledged that he held this dual citizenship and that he became a citizen of Kenya at age two, when Kenya gained its independence from the UK. At approximately age 5, Mr. Obama became a citizen of Indonesia and his legal name was changed to Barry Soetoro. There is no evidence that his name was ever legally changed after that point in time.
When Scott Easterling, one of the military officers who instituted the Quo Warranto action, first questioned Mr. Obama’s eligibility, an investigation was launched against Lt. Easterling instead of investigating the questions surrounding Mr. Obama’s eligibility. Article 138 of the UCMJ gives each and every member of the US military the right to obtain a resolution for his grievances against a commanding officer without any negative repercussions to himself. Please provide a speedy response to the UCMJ Article 138 investigation request to verify Barack Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to be a US president.
