Hello All;
I'm kinda looking for a camcorder.....preferably digital...to take hunting pics with. Looking for something with good definition (for low light shooting), something that can be operated remotely (if possible), something that is rugged, and finally, since I am a waterfowler, something that is water proof (or at least, water reisistance).
I have NO idea as to what is out there......I'm somewhat technologically challenged. Any advice/opinions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance...........

Boy 16ga that's a tall order :eek: There's such a variety out there . . . I just got one, similar to what you're looking for, though I'm not sure just how waterproof it is. Also kinda depends on your pocketbook and how professional you want to go. I didn't want to blow a wad, so ended up with what I'd call a 'lower class' (~$400) -- but it's plenty high tech for me, a Sony DCR SR47, it has Nightshot, but once it gets dark that only works for a matter of feet. Been meaning to try out the Nightshot with a separate good IR turned on. Anyway it does what I wanted, I really like the hard disk and just plugging in a USB and download the clips direct to computer. Also has ability to take still fotos, which don't come out too bad. Hope this helps. Also suggest doing some research on line and when you get a few that you think might be what you're looking for google them for forums and read what others have said about them.
