Went in to one of the places that stocks reloading supplies in Billings yesterday to get a safe...Things are definitely loosening up..Only thing they were shy of was Primers.,,and they are catching up on them.. Ammo was in much better supply also. Talked to a supplier back in Pa and he's been getting more of everything. Hopefully the crunch is over or will be soon..Picked up a few LR primers for a friend in another store too. Even got me a lb of H-414 too and a lb of 4831 for my friend..Price was under 20 bucks on the powder..primers were under 29 per M:eek:

There was a guy there who scarfed up 2 cases of 22 mag ammo. Expensive though. Prairie dog ammo he said Wow!! I'd go find almost any 22 centerfire so I could load 'em myself. I actually have a couple cases of 22 mag ammo.. I just found out that I is RICH. That darn stuff is more'n 11 bucks a box now...Wow again Bought it at a gun show a couple of years ago for 3 bucks a box

Down here there has not been ammo for MOST calibers (including 30-30) for several months. I bought the last of the 30-30 ammo from a local wally-world more than a month back, and no wally-world for seven counties has had any since. . . . . No CCI 22s. No 270, no 30-06, no 308, no 25-06 no 357 no 38 special. Plenty of 9mm, 40 S&W, and believe it or not a good supply of 223.
I dunno I hope it clears up soon myself.

Things seem to be loosing up here. Was able to buy small pistol primer, 9 mm and even some 4350.

Last week went into a store in Billings and they had a fair supply of small rifle primers.. Was really surprised..and they were under 30 bucks a 1000 Just had to avail myself of a few..Just bought a 1000. Spread the largess a bit that way. Why hoard 'em??:D
