I used a bit of my return to buy a Crossman Storm, w/scope today. And I had the Chinese Center Point zeroed in no time.
And realized I used over 70 pellets in an hour, just trying to hit various objects in my yard, then 1/2 dozen eggs on my fence post. What fun!!
It is not like my Dana I have in Germany, but it ain't bad.
Now to drive 25 miles tomorrow to get a LOT of pellets.

I have been looking at getting an adult pellet gun for some time and having a hard time deciding and with the cost I want one I will be happy with.

Reminds me to start useing mine again. Got a 15 yd. range in my basement that I haven't used for awhile. Will say it's a lot more fun outdoors, but the local police frown on it. Have an spring pistol that's very accurate to, rifle is a Gammo and think the pistol is a Hy Score.

I taught my son to shoot a handgun by using a Daisy single-side stroke 17 caliber pellet pistol. About 25 feet to the bench in my shop from your heel against the bottom step of the stairs. The backstop on the bench and your heel against the step. You really have to follow through to hit with a pellet gun. He finally shoots very well, and is now also a pretty good shot with .22 rf, 38 Spec and 45 ACP. He said the same principles apply.
Now I am looking for one good 17 cal. pellet rifle without spending $1000.

Remember most (some) states have an alternate weapon season and some areas that are closed to real rifles. Nice to shoot those tree rats near the city without without going to an area and mixing it up with the deer hunters.
