We just got done with that dry mess a year back and things are getting back to normal again. Hope you get plenty of water as I want to try some different states for bird hunting this year.

Nulle, An old farm boy ought to know it isn't spring until the frost comes out of the ground. I have been itching to go shoot some ground squirrels but know I need to wait for "frost out".

Nulle, You sound like an old joke about winter and the snow keeps falling. When do you start in with the profanity to describe what is happening? My wife feels the same way about the snow, but I figure there is not much I can do about it and to just get on with things I can affect.

Nulle, We had a nice day or two and now it is STILL raining. Rain predicted through the weekend. The weather is conducive to me staying indoors and getting some checkering done. Springtime in the Rockies.

One thing about all the rain ect. things are green and wild flowers all over the Mountains.

Nulle, You ain't seen anything yet! Wyoming, known for it's brown grass, is all green. Of course, we don't know how long that will last; it usually starts to "brown up" after July 4. It is really green and I haven't been to the desert to see all of the wildflowers that grow and bloom in this kind of a year.

Things are still nice going into July and we are still getting rain. I am going to be in Kalispell the end of Sept and hope things are green there also.

We are still getting a few showers in the "High Desert" but the wind is also picking up; removing the moisture we need. It is starting to get hot and we are in the normal "brown-up" time of year. Not many fires yet but the waarnings have gone out. Just had a cold night following a cold front that passed through. My grandson thought it was cold enough to snow again. I hope he is wrong!
