It is always nice to meet other members of this board. I had the good fortune to meet Pre 64 while in Pennsylvania for a day..Y'all from the Lancaster area must know where Root's is.. LOL. Anyway..Nice meeting you Bill. Am going to be back therre in July so maybe we can get together again..Without the rain.

Didn't get too many new acquisitions(guns) but got lots of reloading stuff...An 8 lb can of IMR4350.. dated 1978 I think..Hope it's ok cause I can load lots of calibers with that powder and in all the stuff I got 6 lbs of mid 60's Hodgdon 4831...WWII surplus ya know. I did pick up one rifle for a very fair price... it is a Remington 700 in 25-06.. Not bad condition with a really nice Redfield Widefield 3 x 9 Rangefinder scope. It actually shoots really well. Even in my hands. Gotta try out the ol 222 tomorrow..But that is another story.

Sorry my friend. I was actually traveling around with some friends(went to Root's) so didn't get to Shyda's..I didn't get to half the places i wanted. But momma was with me this time and she needed to go places too. I have the design of the item I talked to you about and will send it to you by email. Will probably be back east to pick up my boat...well the one I'm keeping, anyway. Sometime in July I think..jave to check the date of my classes at Trinidad though. Bought a lathe(again) and am going to do some machine shop stuff for gun workin

Thats ok.
Richland Shooters has shot for about $31/25lb bag.
Shyda's has better prices on powder than Richland.

If you have time, I'll take you along on a pasture grizzly safari.
I've been fire-forming new brass for the 22-250, 243 and AR. I'm sure I could find a stick for you to bust caps with.
The weekend of 7/23 thru 25 I'll be going to Dixon's Gunmaker Fair in Kempton. Just not sure which days yet.
Am hoping to have a belt axe or tomahawk made to enter in their competition. Time is tight though as usual.

For the life of me I just cannot understand why no one ever comes to Mass.

I'm gonna be lookin round here. I think I may have a few 25 bullets. If'n I can find 'em all I'll send you some more.. Or bring 'em when i come. That ol boy is kinda bustin his own chops over that 78.. I told him he was just too cheap..
