View Full Version : Stealth Cam Customer Service

I bought 2 I450's from Stealth on one of their email blast deals, and I bought a I550vtr from an ebay dealer. All three of those cameras would run through a set of six c batteries in about 3 days. So I sent them back.

That's been almost two months ago.

Several calls to customer service have been fruitless. I get so many different stories each time I call. One CSR says we're waiting on cameras to come in to replace. Another told me they had some in stock but were wanting to check them out before shipping to me. Last time I called a different CSR said that they were waiting on a shipment...but would have the CSR that told me they were testing to call me.

I have another Stealth Cam that works great.

Just one thing to do..Better Business bureau and the consumer affairs people in your state..Talk to the attorney generals office of the state..make 'em sweat a bit. BTW welcome to Hunt Chat. Hope ya like it here.
