Hadda go to Billings yesterday..checked a paper for shootin stuff and oh my was there a bunch. Called on 4 or 5 items.. ended up with a couple of good buys...well in my opinion anyway...got a Ruger Redhawk 44 mag Stainless...but the price was right 275 and the gun is nice..almost bought a Ruger 77 in 280 Rem but since I have a Rem 700 in that caliber..and the price wasn't really great I passed.. What I was happy about was a Kimber 84M 260 Rem...got it for a great price...in my opinion anyway...600 with Kimber bases and rings and a 6 power Redfield. Been shot very little. Been thinkin I'd like to try that caliber...not a barn burner..but seems as though it would be a nice yote and deer/antelope caliber. Well...guess now I can find out... tomorrow I pick up a Marlin 1894 C in 357...and a matching Ruger blackhawk...I almost feel guilty for what I paid for them. The Ruger is going to my grandson. The Marlin is going on my wifes 4 wheeler... for the coyote that ate her cat. I hope that little rifle will shoot cast...Looks like it'll be a fun gun. I dug out my ol High Standard Tournament Military 22 last night.. Haven't shot it in years Think I'm gonna sell it.. Still have the box and papers. Have a couple of other 22s Colt Diamondback and a K-22 anyway:confused: I am selling guns I don't or won't use... The pre war M-70's are going down to 3 now a 7mm 250 and a 257 Robts.. Sold the 06 Carbine and the 7.65Arg. ...they didn't make many of them
