Congressman Issa has sent a 64 page document to his committee outlining the case for Contempt of Congress charges to be filed against Holder. The 64 page document was accompanied by a 14 page memo.

If Holder thought this was a joke before, I suspect he is no longer laughing. Holder can be charged by the committee and tried by the House, alone. The senate can not save his bacon.

Just for Terry, I hope Holder has to face the sunrise on the scaffold (figuratively) for this deal.

Literally should be the way he faces the sunrise on the scaffold. He knew what was going on and a Federal law enforcement officer was killed..If you or I facilitated that death we WOULD face the death penalty...as should Holder and his henchmen..including his boss if it was proved he knew of the action...and it seems almost impossible it was not approved at the highest level. That is my opinion anyway...

It is Long Past time Holder stopped STONEWALLING! I like Issa and hope he takes his contempt charges all the way.

There are several things about this entire garbage pile that point directly at an intentional violation of the laws of this country and the laws of Mexico. Those violations have resulted in the deaths of thousands of people and someone has to be held accountable. The mere fact that at least three federal law enforcement agencies were involved plus the federal attorneys in at least three states, and their efforts were coordinated, spells just one thing: DOJ.

It is very obvious to me that Holder believes he is beyond the law. What is scary is that there is millions who do not recognize how serious this is and how dangerous this man truly is, as a threat to their personal freedom and liberty.

I doubt any serious student of politics, unless they are delusional, belives that Holder and his buddy from Chicago are not up to their ears in this deal.

The most hypocritical statement was made by Holder in an interview about prosecuting
baseball player Clemens. Holder said Clemens lied to congrass and he must be prosecuted for that. Imagine Holder recognizing lying to congress being a legal problem.

Larryjk,

I saw that Holder quote and could only shake my head in amazement!
