Last Monday, I was in a gun shop and picked up some mint condition used RCBS dies for the 7.65X53mm Belgian Mauser that I needed. There were other dies, but they were missing some parts so I passed on them. When I got home, I disassembled, cleaned and lubed the dies. The lock ring screws were gorilla tight. I got one loose, but the second one needed to be drilled out. So I decided to order replacement lock rings and screws.
I called RCBS customer service and explained my problem. They are shipping two lock rings and screws to me at no cost. I have always been amazed with RCBS and their customer focus. Now I wish I had picked up some of the addition dies. All the best...
