This past weekend I was at the Tulsa show and spent travel days and the three days of the show with a couple of guys from MS and was reminded by the visit with those fellows that several states have now passed a "Primitive Weapons" hunting season. In MS that season is 35 caliber and above single shot rifle that has an exposed hammer. This of course has created a very different hunting scene than the muzzle loader season that you still see in some states. So not only do we have a single shot "shooting" situation we also have a whole new hunting situation as well, where the High Wall style rifles are king of the hill.
