NEED Property to LEASE for 2005 season
 

Anyone know of any good property in the upstate NY area for lease?

I am looking for at least 800 acres,....maybe a 1000 with 15 members.

Anyone know of anyone let me know ASAP

Wolvie, the large timber companies that own tracts of land in the northern area often lease land to hunting clubs.
You could form your own club with 15 members....

I know of a logger who divides his large logging lots into 10 acar lots with a one room P.O.S. shack atached to each lot. He resells the individual small "camp lots" to people downstate.

To lease property this past season ,but I didnt have enough people to join in on the project.

now I have 15 people and there are about 6 more wanting to participate with us.
That`s why i am looking at 800 to 1000 acres.

Alot of people are tired of hunting for a place to hunt and alot are really tired of huntin areas that dont produce any deer or turkey or other game.
So a friend of mine and I decided to look into leasing land to hunt on,.and further down the road if we can get a good bit of memebers to join we will consider land purchases and leasing more land.

This is our all out goal and we`re hoping we can achieve that goal.

So far we are getting good responses and alot of calls and emails over it.

But hey I will check out the sites you suggested and if anyone knows of anything in thr Fort Ann Area I am really interested in that and the Whitehall area(NY).
